The farm is an 18th century working farm set in 120 acres of Woodlands and Pastures. It lies close to a river and is within walking distance of the North Yorkshire Moors.
A twenty minute walk takes you to the village of Glaisdale, with Butchers shop, General Store Post Office, Garage and a Railway Station on the Middlesbrough - Whitby Line.
There is a lounge for guests with TV, DVD player and a wide selection of books. Also a guests dining room with a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
The bedrooms look out across two small valleys, "Scott Hill" and "Church Dale", sheep graze the pastures and wooded hillsides that stretch out to the horizon.
No other buildings can be seen from the windows, something rare in this day and age.
